Separate postal finder & coverage map
Downtown dental care by postal area
Search a postal prefix or full code for broad coverage within the River–Dufferin and Lake Shore–Bloor corridor, with partial postal areas clearly identified.
Orange outline: approximate corridor. Coloured areas: census postal polygons clipped to that outline. Numbers: area guides, not clinics. Select a coloured area to see its postal result.

A defined downtown corridor.
Search a broad census postal area. This is a geographic guide, not a confirmed clinic, appointment or exact-address result.
Where the downtown dental care guide applies.
The guide follows the Dufferin corridor on the west, Bloor on the north, Lake Shore on the south and the River Street corridor on the east. River Street does not run continuously between the northern and southern lines, so its alignment is extended. The map is a simplified, street-based interpretation for service-area orientation, not an official neighbourhood or property boundary.
Lake Shore is the southern limit, rather than the shoreline. Nearby waterfront addresses can fall outside it. Bloor is the northern limit even where another definition of downtown continues farther north. Addresses close to any edge need individual confirmation using the actual location.
How postal matching works.
The tool accepts a three-character Forward Sortation Area or a full Canadian-format postal code. It checks format and matches only the first three characters against Statistics Canada 2021 census postal areas. It does not verify the final three characters, a building, current Canada Post delivery status, the nearest dentist or appointment availability.
Within mapped coverage means the census polygon lies inside the approximate corridor. Partial means it overlaps or touches the mapped scope and also extends beyond it. Outside means no mapped overlap. A valid-looking prefix absent from this census set is reported as unmapped, not automatically invalid. Special-use and changed postal codes may need another source.
Mapped prefix summary.
Within the approximate outline: M5B · M5C · M5G · M5H · M5T.
Partial or edge overlap: M4K · M4W · M4X · M4Y · M5A · M5E · M5J · M5S · M5V · M6G · M6H · M6J · M6K.
These are area-level classifications. A full code entered here does not establish an exact address is inside, even when its prefix is within the display polygon.
